New to the business or thinking about becoming a real estate agent? Then you most likely have a few questions. Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we receive. The first step in getting a real estate license is to contact the California Department of Real Estate

Yes, you can join our Association if you are currently sponsored by a Broker.

The dues you pay are based on your level of membership with our Association (Designated REALTOR®/Broker, REALTOR®, MLS Participant/Subscriber, or Affiliate). Please contact our office at 310 216-6781

Yearly membership renewals are payable the first business day of December and are due in January.

Yearly MLS Access Fees are due in May of each year.

New member orientation is usually offered monthly.  We encourage you to contact the office staff to confirm for the specific month in question.
